Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Farm Technology Specialist to drive the adoption of innovative agricultural solutions in India. The ideal candidate will work closely with farmers, agribusinesses, and stakeholders to implement and support farm technology products and services that enhance productivity, sustainability, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement and promote smart farming solutions, including IoT-enabled devices, precision agriculture tools, and AI-based platforms.
2. Conduct field demonstrations to showcase the effectiveness of technology in improving crop yield and farm efficiency.
3. Provide training and support to farmers on using modern equipment, software, and mobile applications.
4. Collaborate with agronomists, researchers, and developers to optimize farm-specific solutions.
5. Monitor and analyze field data to assess the impact of technology on agricultural practices.
6. Develop and present reports and insights to stakeholders regarding the performance and ROI of farm tech products.
7. Work with sales and marketing teams to ensure successful product adoption in targeted regions.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related fields with a focus on Agriculture Technology.
• 2-5 years of experience in agri-tech, farm management, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of GIS mapping, IoT devices, and precision agriculture tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of India's agricultural ecosystem and challenges faced by farmers.
• Excellent communication skills in English and local Indian languages.
• Ability to travel extensively across rural and urban locations in India.

Preferred Skills:

1. Proficiency in farm management software and mobile applications.
2. Experience with remote sensing, drone technology, or automated irrigation systems.
3. Familiarity with Indian agricultural policies and subsidy schemes.
